The Promoter:
The “Promoter” is Bausch & Lomb (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 88 000 222 408) Level 2, 12 Help Street Chatswood NSW 2067.
Offer Period:
Offer commences at 09:01am AEDST 21st August 2025 and concludes 11:59pm AEST 15th October 2025 (“Purchase Period”)
Claims commence at 09:01am AEDST 21st August 2025 and concludes at 11:59pm AEST 25th October 2025 (“Claim Period”).
Participating Retailers:
A Participating Retailer is any pharmacy in Australia that stocks and sells Bausch & Lomb (Australia) Pty Ltd products and displaying advertisements for the Offer. Offer excludes grocery outlets.

Eligible Claimants:
The Offer is only open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of Australia.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers and agencies associated with this Offer are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Claimant in its absolute discretion.
Claim Limit:
Eligible Claimants may submit a maximum of one (1) claim. A receipt can only be used to submit one (1) claim.
Reward:
A $10 Digital Choice e-Gift sent via email.
How to Participate:
To be eligible to claim a Reward, Eligible Claimants must undertake the following steps
- Spend $20 or more, in a single transaction, on Participating Product/s from a Participating Retailer during the Purchase Period (“Qualifying Purchase”);
- Collect and retain a copy of the purchase receipt from the Qualifying Purchase. If a receipt is not automatically provided at the time the Qualifying Purchase is made, it is the Eligible Claimant’s responsibility to request one;
- Visit www.bauschpromotions.com.au/renufresh/, using a compatible browser, and fully complete and submit the online claim form, providing all details required, including but not limited to:
- any requested information about the Participating Product and Qualifying Purchase (including personal details, place of purchase, purchase location and purchase date);
- upload a scanned copy or photo of the receipt of the Eligible Product purchased during the Purchase Period.
- indicate acceptance of these Terms and Conditions;
- participate in a four (4) question customer survey; and then
- submit the fully completed claim form during the Claim Period.
“Purchase” means to make payment in full for a Participating Product during the Purchase Period from a Participating Retailer (in-store or online). This Offer is based on available stock only.
If the claim is deemed valid (allow three (3) business days for Validation), the Eligible Claimant will receive notification of approval via email. The $10 Digital Choice e-Gift will be delivered via email upon confirmation of the claim being approved.
If the claim is deemed invalid (allow three (3) business days for Validation), the Eligible Claimant will receive notification of decline via email, with the reason for decline and the opportunity to supply additional information to support their claim (if applicable) within seven (7) days.
Required Verification/Proof of Purchase:
The following documentation must form part of a valid online claim:
Qualifying Purchase Receipt: the Qualifying Purchase receipt must clearly specify:
- the Participating Product purchased;
- the price of the Participating Product purchased;
- the Participating Retailer of purchase;
- the purchase date;
- the receipt number; and
- that payment for the Qualifying Purchase has been received in full.
If the Qualifying Purchase receipt is missing any of the above information, or is illegible or indecipherable, it will render the claim invalid.
If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Claimants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion, appropriate photo identification or other documentation required to verify the identity, age, eligibility to participate in the Offer, compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and/or that the Qualifying Purchase receipt corresponds to the claim submitted in the Offer.
If the items required by the Promoter are not received or an individual has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the claim/s submitted by the individual will be deemed invalid.
The $10 Digital Choice e-Gift will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction. Successful Eligible Claimants will then be invited to redeem their Reward via email.
Rewards may take at least 48 hours to be received, and Eligible Claimants should check their spam and junk folders for Rewards delivered by email.
It is the responsibility of the Eligible Claimant to provide the required information.
e-Gift Card:
The $10 Digital Choice e-Gift will be sent to successful Eligible Claimants via email from www.truerewards.com.au.
If the e-Gift is not available, the Promotor, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute that e-Gift to another Gift of equal value.
e-Gifts are subject to any additional terms and conditions of the issuer of the e-Gift including the terms and conditions available at https://truerewards.com.au/igo-issuer-visa-gift-cards-terms/.
Digital e-Gifts are not transferrable and cannot be taken as cash. e-Gifts can be exchanged for any digital retailer card of an equal amount, from a list of participating retailers available at www.truerewards.com.au, within 12 months from receipt of the e-Gift. Once a new retailer e-Gift card has been set, the new retailer e-Gift card terms and conditions will apply.
All e-Gift values are in Australian dollars and are correct at the time of printing. The Promoter takes no responsibility for variations in the e-Gift value.
General Conditions:
- Details above and the following clauses collectively form the terms and conditions of this Offer ("Terms and Conditions").
- Each Eligible Claimant is responsible for ensuring their familiarity with these Terms and Conditions at the time of participation. Participation in this Offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction (whether communicated to an Eligible Claimant or not) does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of these Terms and Conditions generally.
- The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Term and Conditions and the Offer is final and binding on every person who participates. No correspondence will be entered into.
- This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- Any values stated in these Terms and Conditions are in AUD/RRP/including GST.
- The Offer may be extended at the Promoter's absolute discretion.
- Eligible Claimants can only participate in the Offer in their own name. Eligible Claimants who enter using multiple aliases (e.g. multiple names, addresses, phone numbers and/or email addresses) will be disqualified.
- Eligible Claimants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Terms and Conditions, even if the Promoter learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Promoter has awarded a $10 e-Gift to the ineligible person. Return payment to the value of the $10 e-Gift may be required if this occurs.
- Incomplete, indecipherable or incorrect claims will be deemed invalid. Claimants are responsible for ensuring their correct personal details are provided and any updated details are notified to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should an Eligible Claimant fail to receive their $10 e-Gift because of a failure to notify the Promoter of correct details or of a change to their details, or for providing invalid information.
- Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database, not time of transmission by the Eligible Claimant.
- The Promoter does not warrant that the claim mechanism will be available, or that Participating Retailers will be open at all times during the Offer Period.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any undelivered emails due to an Eligible Claimant’s spam filters or email settings.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for a $10 e-Gift being lost, deleted, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before it reaches an Eligible Claimant or after it has been released to an Eligible Claimant. A $10 e-Gift will not be re-issued if an Eligible Claimant uses and then refunds/returns an order.
- Any costs associated with accessing the Offer or the $10 e-Gift card provider’s website, or associated with redeeming a $10 e-Gift are the Eligible Claimant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Eligible Claimants must submit their claim manually using a compatible internet browser. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Claimant to automatically submit claims in the Offer repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted using such means invalid.
- The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, declare any claim or Eligible Claimant invalid if the Eligible Claimant:
- disrupts, annoys, abuses, threatens, harasses or attempts to do any of these things to the Promoter, another Eligible claimant or potential Eligible claimant of, or anyone else associated with this Offer;
- submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process; or
- engages in conduct in relation to this Offer which is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or damaging to the Promoter's goodwill or reputation.
- If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer, as appropriate.
- The Promoter may communicate or advertise this Offer via Facebook. However, the Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Eligible Claimants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Each Eligible Claimant completely releases Facebook from any and all liability.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in $10 e-Gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability/implications incurred by an Eligible Claimant; or (f) use of a $10 e-Gift.
- The:
- Promoter, the Promoter's related entities, the Participating Retailers and all agencies associated with the Offer; and
- the employees, agents, directors and contractors, of all entities referred to in this clause, shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the Offer or acceptance of a $10 e-Gift, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
- CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to refer the matter to law enforcement authorities and/or to seek damages or such other civil remedies as the Promoter may determine from time to time to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Immediately upon submission by an Eligible Claimant, their claim becomes the sole property of the Promoter.
- All information Eligible Claimants provide (“Personal Information”) will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this Offer and awarding the $10 e-Gift.
- The Promoter may disclose Eligible Claimants' Personal Information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Offer.
- Should an Eligible Claimant consent to receiving future information from the Promoter, via placing a tick in the ‘opt in’ box featured on the Offer claim site, information provided by the Eligible Claimant may be entered into a database and used by the Promoter, the Promoter's related entities and agencies engaged by the Promoter, for the Promoter's current and future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them. Should an Eligible Claimant who elects to opt in wish to opt out or access or update their information held by the Promoter at any time, they can contact the Promoter directly.

- By participating in this Offer, you consent to notify of any adverse events regarding Bausch & Lomb’s products that come to your attention within 1 business day of becoming aware of the adverse event. You may inform a Bausch & Lomb representative by calling 1800 251 150. You consent to returning the product to Bausch & Lomb if you have a product complaint.
- This privacy collection notice sets out how the Promoter and iGoDirect Group manage Personal Information and complaints. All Personal Information collected will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.bausch.com.au/privacy-policy/. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy sets out how individuals can access and make a request to correct their Personal Information, or to make a privacy complaint, and how the Promoter will deal with the complaint.
- What Personal Information the Promoter collects: for this Offer, the Promoter will collect personal details including first name, last name, email address and mobile phone number of eligible Claimant’s and this information will be collected directly from Eligible Claimants. Eligible Claimants Personal Information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal Information will be stored on the Promoter's database maintained by the designated agency. The Promoter will collect and maintain the Eligible Claimant’s Personal Information for the implementation of this Offer.
- Purposes for which the Promoter collects, holds, uses and discloses Personal Information: the Promoter collects Personal Information about Eligible Claimant’s in order to run the Offer and to send Digital Choice e-Gifts and to provide information about the products and services individuals have requested offered by the Promoter and its partners. If the Eligible Claimant does not provide the required Personal Information, the Promoter will not be able to process the Eligible Claimant’s claim.
- Who does the Promoter disclose Personal Information to: the Promoter may share Personal Information with service providers who assist the Promoter in conducting the Offer. This means individuals and organisations such as mail houses and IT service providers, website hosts and back-up service providers, will sometimes have access to Personal Information held by the Promoter and may use it on behalf of the Promoter.
- Disclosure of Personal Information outside Australia: the Promoter may disclose information about Eligible Claimants where it is required or authorised by law.
